Placing an Order
Place an order with our secure shopping cart , call us direct (703) 528-4641. Or e-mail your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Your order will ship 10 days after it is placed. For quantities of a certain style, i.e. bridal party earrings, may take 2-3 weeks due to ordering more materials.
There is a 2-3 week delivery period for all orders placed as of April 25th 2013.

Payment Options
We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or bank checks if you are a local client.
Tax
Based in Virginia, we tax 5%. Wholesalers with quantified order & valid license, tax will be waived.
Shipping
We ship via US Postal Service, First Class for 9.95 including Insurance and Delivery Confirmation in the USA. Shipping to Canada is available for $15.00. For other International orders, please call or e-mail to discuss details.
Your piece(s) will be gift boxed w/ ribbon and DF Jewelry gift card.
Custom Orders/Design Change
WE LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS, especially brides and bridal parties! Please e-mail or call to discuss your vision.
Design change can be made on pierced earrings in the same metal as pictured – changing to post, European ear wire, balled wire hook or simple wire hook. Please add in “comments” area on your order. No charge will be incurred for pierced earring changes. For clip-on or screw backs pls contact DF designs. There will be a charge for changing to a non-pierced earring.
Design change can be made on bracelet length – our standard for everyday pieces is 7 3/4″ and our standard for bridal & special occasion pieces is 7″. If you require something different, please add in “comments” area on your order. No charge will be incurred.
Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your DF Jewelry so if you are not satisfied, please return for a full refund within 7 days. After 7 days and up to 14 days for exchange or store credit. When ordering multiples, i.e. bridal party earrings, please place an order for one pair. Once you have received and confirmed the pair, the balance of your order will be processed and is a final sale.
Repairs
We will repair your jewelry up to 60 days of purchase from regular wear and tear, free of charge. After 60 days, a small materials/labor/shipping fee will be charged. Lose a DF earring? Send us a picture and we will make another for 1/2 the price of a pair!

Our Materials
Debra Fabian Jewelry uses cultured freshwater pearls ,an array of semi precious stones and Swarovski® crystals. Pearls and semi precious stones will have irregularities and subtle variations which are part of their beauty and uniqueness since they are naturally occurring. The metals used are sterling silver, fine silver, 14 karat gold filled and 14kgvermeil. The fine jewelry pieces use 14 karat gold.
Wholesale Information
